Every building is designed to have some unique facilities. Villa Chrysanthi is appropriate for people with special needs. Moreover it has a fully equiped office for use , a gaming table in the first floor and the most amazing Suite, which contains a private skylight for unforgatable nights and days!

Both buildings contain kitchen, living rooms and dining rooms. All master bedrooms are outfitted with queen size beds and private bathrooms, whilst the exterior harbours a gorgeous swimming pool, ample shaded dining area and sun beds for enjoying the best.

You can spend your private time between the gardens, the swimming pool or the amazing skylight!

Both villas have 3 different levels ( basement, ground floor and first floor ) and an appropriate elevator for all of them. The basement is a big surpise for everyone. It can be an unexpected playroom or even a fully equipped home gym.

Every independent Home has a separate garage.
